Fiat24 is a fintech company from Zurich claiming to be different from banks. It is designed for both, retail and merchant clients. Diversity is a topic for fiat24, therefore they have a female quota of nearly 45% and asked their female employees about the challenges they faced working in the fintech industry and wanted to know why it is important women work in DeFi/Crypto.
